Since we have been in the U.K we have attended a few “barbeques” and clearly our British friends need a little help on the Braai front. We would love to here from the Braai Masters out there on how it should be done and of course those trade secret Poitjiekos recipes.
If there is one thing we miss the most it has to be those long sunny afternoons spent around a braai. A close second has to be a weekend on the plaas during winter eating Bobotie and fresh pot brood and maybe a drop or two of Old Brown Sherry.
